ANNUAL MEETING. '(Per Press Association.) Botorna, last night. The annual meeting of shareholders of the Press Association was held here today, those present being Messrs G 1 Fenwick -(chairman), H. Brett, L. Blundell, J. C. Wilkin. G. G. Stead, E. W. Knowles, g, H, Jenkinson, C. S. Smith, H. Horton, 23 G. Kerr, junr., P. Dinwiddie, G. Carson, R. J- Gilmour, W. McCullough, T. H. Bannehr, Hon. H. Feldwioli, B. J. Furness, W. Gothard, W. Atkin, 0. H. Wolfeer. W. H. Munro, and C. H. Hearns. The annual report stated the operations of the year would again enable a rebate of a month’s cable subscriptions to be given to subscribers to the service, also jhat arrangements had been made to renew the agreement with tho Australian Association for a cable service for a further germ. / A meeting ot -the Newspaper Proprietors’ being held.
