RETIREMENT OF UK WINDHAM

By Telegraph—Press Association— Oooyrigb .TVosivect 10.45 p.tn.i March 7. London, Maroh 7. In ths House of Commons, Mr Bsifour regcetfally announced Mr Wyndham’s resignation partly on tho ground of health, but chiefly on the grounds of Mr Wyudijam’s belief that the rocont controversy greatly impaired, if hot wholly destroyed, tho value of his work.
