A CASE ABANDONED. I (Per Press Association.) I Wanganui, last night. I The adjourned sitting of the Supreme I Court was held on Saturday, when the I charge of theft against John Cecil Jones (in which two juries had disagreed) was reheard. The jury again disagreed, and the case pas abandoned. SUICIDE BY HANGING. A man named Norman McLeod, aged 27 years, committed suicide yesterday. He was living fey himself on his own farm boeob ten miles from Wanganui, and bis brother on visitiDg the place to-day found him hanging dead. No pattioulara are available,
