The Aylesbury Dairy Company appeal caso was dismissed with costs, although the judges declared there wore no grounds tor reflections oil the Company. The case was one in which a resident of Ealing obtained £lO6 damages for the loss of his wife from typhoid fever, alleged to have been caused through drinking Impure milk supplied by. the company. FROZEN MEAT FOR SINGAPORE BRISBANE, February 27. The first shipment of frozen meat has been despatched to Singapore by the Queensland Meat Exporting Company.
