Another complication hoc arisen in connection with tho mails. The Orient Company, contending that an outgoing steamer oan only be compelled to oarry mails to tho partionlar ports for which she clears and no other, has notified tho PostmasterGeneral. The Ormuz which left Largs Bay on Thursday oleared for Colombo, nndlntended to land the mails there. The . mails were addressed to one of the Mediterranean ports, and may be landed either at Malta, Naples or Marseilles. The postal authorities contend that if transshipped anywhere else tho Orient Company will commit n broaoh of contract and have to answer the consequences. I
