At the Supremo Court, at Napier, .yesterday. I-Jenry Newton was convicted o£ burglary, anU Anpie Canlelin of theft, and they were remanded for sentence, Samuel Newton, who .was charged ' with the theft of a , cheque, wag funnel pot guilty*
