This contest apparently bod a like result in regard to tho return of tho sitting members. Messrs Coopor and Hepburn, who had majorities, though small, at nearly all booths, tho ohiof exception being Tiniroto and Makaraka, whore there was a comparatively strong demand for “ new blood ** on tho Board. Tho returns wore :
