DISESTABLISHMENT BILL. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyrlghf Beceived 12.23 a.m., Feb. 13. ' Paris, Feb 12. The Chamber of Deputies, by 343 voteß to 179, deolated that the Vatican’s attitude made separation inevitable. The Chamber fixed discussion on the principle of disetablisbment for immediately after the Budget and Army Bills, and ordered vottiDg on workmen's pensions to be -taken during the course of the session. The entire resolution was then voted by 396 to 111.
