SIX THOUSAND RESERVISTS
REFUSE DUTY.

Despite the absence of prominent leaders the strike has spread over the Governments of Warsaw, Petrikovka, Lublin and Kazan. Martial law has been proclaimed at Kaliszredom and Siedlice. \ A conflict occurred between the crowd and the troops at Lodz cemetery during the burial of viotims. Two were killed and 15 wounded. London, Feb 6, The Chronicle's St. Petersburg correspondent says that 6000 reservists at Peterlofl mutinied and have been confined to the barracks. Reuter’s Lodz correspondent Btates that thirty strike leaders, mostly foreigners, have been arrested. The Daily News says that journalists at St. Petersburg at a recent interview declined General Trepoff’s appeal to publish soothing versions of current events.
