All that is loft of tbo Aotea, stranded on tho Patoa boach some time ago, is tho hull and funnel. Tho wreck is full of sand, and lies high and dry at low water. The recent alternations of hot with wot weather and sudden ohangos have been responsible for rnuoh sickness on tho West Australian goldfields. In ono woelt recently no loss than 13 patioubs suffering from typhoid woro admitted to tho Kalgoorlie Government Hospital.
