FLAXBOURNE ESTATE.
CASE TO BE RESUMED ON WEDNESDAY. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The hearing of the- Flaxbourne estate compensation case rosumes before Mr Justice Cooper at Blenheim on Wednesday. Details of the classification of the land have already been arranged between the Government and the owners of the estate, and evidence is now to be taken on the subject of value. It is expected the caso will extend over three weeks.
