Per Press Association^ NAPEER, last night. A conference of delegates of thaA various local bodies interested in floods prevention was held here today. A resolution was passed, that it was advisable to abolish the present Meanee, Clive, and Taradalo -y River Boards, amxl to place the area within these districts under the control of the County Council, tions will be taken round to ascer-r tain the opinions of ratepayers on the subject.
