The following entries have been received for tho handicap singles (2 bowls), 31 heads, which competition will be commenced at Gisborne Bowling Club’s green this afternoon : —Harding, Johnston, a-mson, Adair, Romax, Hennessy, Seymour, Sheridan, Robertson, Corson, Wallace, Colley, Rowland, Witty, Dodd, Clarkson, Craig, Williams, Morgan, Hounsell, Birss, Massey, Martin, Gaudin, Coleman, Bright, Collins, Griffiths, Orr, Morrison, Nicholas, Hallam, Ambridge, Harvey and Sandlant. For the singles competition for the first season players the following entries have been received :—Rowland, Dodd, Clarkson. Primrose, Rossbotham, Griffiths, Collins, Caesar, Redstone, A. Johnstone, J. Martin and Young. The handicaps will be deolared this morning and posted up on the green this afternoon.
