THE DRESS DEPARTMENT has been moved into the room previously occupied by the Showroom, and it is hoped that Ladies will appreciate the comfort of selecting their Dress Materials apart from the hustle of the general shop.
,THE MANCHESTER DEPARTMENT
now occupies the whole of the lpwer portion of the main shop (more than double the former space), and also the new room over the Dress Department. which will be devoted to the display of Curtains, Carpet Squares, Rugs, and other lines of Furnishing Drapery, for which hitherto there had not oeen room. Special attention will be given to the whole of this most important Department, and “ RELIABLE GOODS AT MODERATE PRICES ” [Will be the motto of the Department. THE HABERDASHERY, HOSIERY AND GLOVE DEPARTMENTS are also considerably extended, the Counter Space being doubled^ .THE GENTS’ CLOTHING AND MERCERY DEPARTMENTS also gain in space and comfort. Altogether, the ALTERATIONS are MOST IMPORTANT, the floor space now available in the establishment being .over 7500 SQUARE FEET.
