The annual report of the Political Labor League, reviewing the position, says with tho acceptance of tho responsibilities of Opposition tho party loses much of its former power. Until it fights its way to office it can exert little influence upon legislation and administration. Consequently Labor members’ supporters must prepare for a season of continuous fighting. Political enemies had Jong kept them apart by fiscal and other party considerations. Now they were practically united, and upon labor is cast the responsibility of overthrowing thoir designs, and securing to tho Australian people tho fuller citizon ship and fairer opportunity at which labor {time everywhere.
