(Per Press Association.) Waihi, last night. Thi3 afternoon, before Mr Thomas Short, Commissioner, the enquiry in connection with the demand of the Tauranga County Council from the Waihi Borough Council for £SOO for maintenance of portion of the Waihi-Tauranga main road, was concluded. Mr J. C. Martin, solicitor, appeared for the Tauranga County. The verdict in connection with the death of Breßton was one of accidental death.
