BERLIN, January 16. The Superior Court, lvas reduced Gunther's and Voigbt's sentences' imposed on November 24Mi, to eighteen months’ ordinary imprisonment. Sergeant Heines’ sentence was increased to six months, with reduction to the ranks. (It will he remembered that Gunther and Voig-ht, endeavored to project two girls from Mio insults of the drunken Sergeant Heine. They were given five years for insubordination, while the scoundrel of an officer got the mock sentence of three months, without reduction from his rank.)
