A •MOTHER DEATH AT WAIHI. (Per Press ’Association.) Waihi, last night. This afternoon a minor named WalSe; Brislin was killed outright on tho shaft ot | tho Waihi Extended mine. Ho fell ba"3kwardß off a small platform in the Bhaft into an empty truck a foot or two below. Tho back of his bead struck the edge of tho truck, causing a fracture at tho base of tho ekull. Deceaoed was and a nephew of the mine manager. I
