GERMANY’S SCARE.
ALL FIZZLES OUT.

London, Jan. 11. Reuter’s Berlin correspondent sayß that few are aware of the real circumstances of the official scare, which it is now declared dated back to the redistribution of the British navy, which was interpreted as tantamount to an unfriendly act. The Kaiser enquired diplomatically, and received a reassuring explanation. There is reason to believe that Anglo-German official relations are most satisfactory.
