(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. The Honorary Secretary of tho White League of 'Johannesburg is at present ip Wellington, bn his way to •Australia and England. Ho states that he r.nd other members of the League intend- to appeal on the hustings at the general election jn hki-g----1 and bo'lay before the electors the Sep.pavity' tQ which South Africa has been reduced through the Chinese ordinance. The main object of the League is. to get a truly representative Government, not the partially, representative proposal of Lord Milner, under which nominees of the administration wopltj retain the balance af power, ..
