Then Mnsterton put in 6 and 6 in Buooession, and on the 12'h bead led by 19 to 11, This was reduced to 19 to 16 on the 14th bead. Commencing to soore rapidly, Mouut Eden had a point to the good on the 20th bead, and soaring 3 on the 21st won by 4 points, Hawera—Ding,ill, Potone —Hooper, Foy, Hioks, Par- Fraser, Henry, kingson, skip 16 Coles, Bkip 24
The 7th round showed Potono 7 to 6, and sooring 6 on the 11th head, and 4 on the 14th head, at that stage led by 21 to 8, but only increased tho number by 3, and the difference at the finish was reduced by Hawera to 9. To Rau 22 Viotoria 19 In thiß gamo To Rau was making every head a winning one, and at the sixth head had’pnt up seven to nil, Victoria began to soore at this stage, and on the 14th head the figuros were 12 to 9. The next head gavo the visitors a lead of one, but they could not get past the total of 13 until the last head. In tbe meantime Te - Rau put on soores of two threes, two singles and a pair. On the 20th hoad Te Rau had a soore of 22 to 13, but Victoria; put on six ou the last head, and tho game resulted iu a viotory for Te Rau by 22 to 19.

Wellington 32 Romuera 11 The Wellington toam was in fine form, and comm 'Doing with a four scored heavily througl ou 1 -. The sovonth head showed 13 to 3, and the 14ch head 21 to 7, the final giving Wellington a viotory by 21.
Dannevirko 21 Haiti 15 Haiti feli away badly in this gamo, while Dannevirke Bbowed splendid form, having Bto3 on the seventh. On the eighth Haiti soored 5 and played finely thereafter, hat Dannevirko was consistent, and managed to win a fine game.
Gisborne 23 Patea 11 The sixth head showed tho teams even, and then Gisborne with a strong lead, having 18 to 9on the 14th head. Fine play on the part of Patea failed to retrieve tho loss, and after an exoellent game Gisborne won by 23 to 11.
Auckland 25 Napier 22 This was a very evenly-oonteßted game 1 On the 7th head Napier had scored 8 to 7* and the 14th head they were 17 to 11> Auckland drew level on the 16th head> and at tho 18th the scores were still even, being 21 all. Both teams were 22 on the 20th bead, and on the final head Auokland soored 3, winning by that number amidst great applause.
Greenmeadows 22 Ponsonby 21 This was another very olobb and exalting game. The scores at the 7th head showed Ponsonby 8 and Greenmeadows 9. . The latter increased their lead by two on the 14th head. On the 15th head both teams were 17, and on tho 19th hoad were 20 all. The soore was 21 each on the final head, but iu the play off Greenmeadows scored one.
SECTION B. (Third Round).
Carlton 36 Booky Nook 11 The Carlton team had a very easy win, Boeky Nook having hard luok. The 7th head showed 13 to 3, and the 14th 22 to 8, Carlton having a substantial win by 25. Mt. Eden ... 23 Hawera ... 8 Although the resnlt showed so much differenoo Hawera played really well in the the first part of the gamo, but after the Bth round they only scored 3, while Mt. Eden put on points steadily throughout. Whataupoko ... 21 Te Ban ... 13 On the 7th head Te Ban were 7 to B,but after that Whataupoko steadily increased their lead, being 16 to 9 on the 14th head, and on the final head the soores were, Whautaupoko 21, Te Bau 13. Petone ... 21 Wanganui ... 20
The visitors again were tressed to a dose and interesting game. On the 7th head Petone had a lead of 4, but on the 18th head the soores were 11 all. Wanganui steadily forged ahead, and on the 19th round were 20 to 15. Petone scored 5 on the 20th head, which made each team 20, and then Petone scored a single on the final, winning a very interesting game. Viotoria 28 Maßterton 11
Victoria had an easy viotory over Masterton in this rink. On the 7th head they were 8 to 1. and on the 14th head were 17 to 9. Masterton only managed to add 2 to their total while Victoria pat on 11.
