Dunedin, last night. Twenty years ago the trust debt on the Trinity Wesleyan Ohuroh was £2OOO, spa meanwhile £7OO was expended in repairs and alterations. The debt reduoed by the congregation to £BOO, but it stood there for some years. The Rev. O. A±. Laws, pastor, told the congregation “ *“®y would assist him tho debt would be wiped off. On hearing this Tnrnbull rushed off Jo another room, and the constable following was just in time to etop him ontting his throat with a knife. The man was removed to the hospital.
