DUNEDIN NEWS.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, last night. There appears to bo an unusual influx of visitors to the city, apart from those arriving to attend the Science Congress, which is to bo opened on January 6th, and there is some difficulty in procuring accommodation near the centre of the oity. So far as possible arrangements have boon made for members of the Australian Association for tho Advancement of Science who have notified the secretary of tho local committee.
The police made a raid on a Bbop in Cromwell, of a Chinese named John Kee, and seized a small quantity of opium, with pipes, etc.
