Captain Cassinono lias been placed under arrest for four weeks at Colmar for not allowing a soldier, who complained of hoat while ou drill, to return to barracks. Tho mau afterwards died of sunstroke. Berlin, Dee. 25. Sergeant Koopp has been sentenced to 14 months’, having been found guilty of 170 cases of maltreatment of soldiers. 000 man commuted suicilo to avoid bruia ity.
