Nelson, last night. There was fine weather for the holiday. The interprovincia! cricket match Nelson v. Marlborough was won by Nelson by an innings and 97 runs. Tbe highest scorers for the home team were : Price 61, Griffith not out 53. For the visitors: Neale 47 and 26, Hastilow not Gut 17 and 10. Marlborough made 102 and 80. Nelson in one innings made 279.
