Tho Tarawera sailod at eight with the following passengers for Gisborno Mesdames Ford and two children, McKenzie, Wright, Watson, Stubbs, Sherwood and two children, East and child ; Misses Hill, Faulknor, Wright, Walsh, Gordon, Harris, Nathan, Cruickshanks; Isaacson, Farron, Green, Smythoj'Bourke, McKinley, Walsh and Moollor ; Masters Gibson, Stubbs (2), Faulknor; Messrs Walkor (2), Faram, Eodgravo, Francis, Collins, O’Shannossy, Renner, Eusk, East, Brown, Evans, Keir, Combs, Watson, Balfour ; Dr Trotter. i
Tho scow Haero (Captain Chellew) ar * rived from Whangaroi yesterday at 5 p.m., with 144 tons of coal for Messrs Nelson Bros. Captain Chellew reports that the Haore left Whangaroi last Thursday with a fair wind, and made tho East Cape on Friday night. They had fino weather until yesterday, when a south-easterly sprang up; The galo blow for five hours and tho became very rough, but wont down as soon as tho wind dropped. Tho Zoalandia left Auckland at 3 p.in. yesterday for Gisborne.
