Per Press Association. Dunedin, last night. For the official opening of tho electric tram service to the North-East Va’ley the weather iB beautifully fine, and as half- 5 holiday is being strictly observed the streets are lined with interested spectators. The programme includes inspection of the power house and car houso, luncheon, a rido through the city to the terminus, and a concert at the Botanical Gardens in tho evening.
