GROWN LANDS SALE. WIGAN SETTLEMENT. OTICE is hereby given that 15 IS rural sections and 2 Small Grazing Runs,- comprising the “ Wigan ” Settlement, will he open for selection under “ The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” at this office and the Land Office, Gisborne, on Tuesday, .the 15th day of December, 1903. The area of the rural sections varies from 274 acres to 889 acres, and the rentals from 2s 8d to 7s 8d per acre. The Grazing Runs are 1134 and 1215 acres, the rentals beng 6s and 3s 114 d respectively. Applicants will have to appear personally, at the Land Board meeting at the Land Office, .Gisborne, on Thursday, the ,17th December, 1903, at ten o’clock a.m. to answer any questions the Land Board may put. In. the event of more than one application being received for any section or Run, priority of selection will he decided by_ ballot at the Land Office, Gisborne, on Friday, the 18th day of December, 1903, at ten o’clock a.m. Full particulars may be ascertained and plans, pamphlets, and application forms obtained at this office and the Land Office, Gisborne.
