CROWN LANDS SALE, .WIGAN SETTLEMENT, NOTICE is hereby, given that 15 rural nections and 2 Small Grazing Runs, comprising the m Wigan ” Settlement, will be open for selection under “ The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, at'this office and the Land Office, Gisborne, on Tuesday* the loth day. of December, 1903. The area of the rural sections varies from 274 acres to BS9 acres, and the rentals from 2s Sd to 7s Sd per acre. The Grazing Runs are 1134 and 1215 acres, the rentals beng 6s SJd and 3s llid respectively. Applicants will have to appear personally; at the Land Board meeting at the Land Office, Gisborne, on Thursday, the 17th December, 1903, at ten o’clock a.m.- to answer any questions the Land Board may put.
