I WIGAN SETTLEMENT., jvT OTICK is hereby given that 15 J-M rural see lions and 2 Small Grazing Runs, comprising the “ Wigan ” Settlement, will he open for selection under “ The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, J DUO,’’ at'this office and the Land Office, Gisborne, on Tuesday, the 15th day of December, 1003. The area of the rural sections varies from 274 acres to 889 acres, and the rentals from 2s Sd to 7s 8d per acre. The Grazing Runs arc 1131 and 1215 acres, the rentals beng Gs S.'pl and 3s llkl respectively. Applicants will have to appear personally at the Land Hoard meeting at tiie Land Office, Gisborne, on Thursday, the 17th December, 1903, at ten o’clock a.m. to answer any questions the Land Hoard may put. In the event of more than one application being received for any section or Run, priority of selection will be decided by_ ballot at the Land Office, Gisborne, on Friday, the ISlli day of December, 1903, at ten o’clock a. m.
