The s.s. Waikare loft Wellington yesterday, and is duo hero to-morrow. Tho Herald arrived this morning from Coast ports and Auckland. She loaves for Napier at 5 p m. The s.s. Mararoa left Sydney at 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Sho tranships her southern cargo and passengors at Auckland to tho Waikaro next Monday. The Mararoa roturns to Sydnoy, and the Waikaro proceeds South.

Tho Shaw-Savill stoamer Athonic remains at Gisborno until Saturday ovening, shipping wool and frozen meat. Sho then sails for Napior, Wellington, and London. Tho steamer Weka arrives from Napier this morning. UNION STEAM SHIP COMPANY’S
