CROWN LANDS SALE. WIGAN SETTLEMENT,, NOTICE is hereby given that 15 rural sections and 2 Small Grazing Runs, comprising the “ Wigan ” Settlement, will be open for selection under “ The Land lor Settlements Consolidation. Act, 1900,” at'this oflice and the Land Olhcc, Gisborne, on Tuesday, the 15th day of December, 1903. The area of the rural sections varies from 274 acres to 880 acres, and the rentals from 2s Sd to 7s 8d per acre. The Grazing Runa are 1131 and 1215 acres, the rentals bent; Os Sid and 3s 11M respectively. Applicants will have to appear personally at the Land Board meeting at the Land Oliiee, Gisborne, on Thursday, the 17th December, 1003, at ten o’clock a.iii. to answer any questions tlic Land Board may put. In the event of more than one application being received for any section or Run, priority of selection will be decided by. ballot at the Land Oiliuc, Gisborne, on Friday, the 18tli day of December, 1903, at ten o’chock a.m.
