CHRISTCHURCH, last night
S. C. Malcolm, a Christchurch draper, with three children, is claiming £750 from chc Christchurch Tramway Company, as compensation for losses sustained by plaintiff, by the uealii"oi Mrs Malcolm, in consequence of a tram collision. The ease was heard in the Supreme Court, bofore a fudge and jury of twelve. Later. —The jury awarded the plain£oso compensation in the case of Malcolm v. Christchurch Tramway. Company.;
