LAUNCHING OE THE BALTIC.’
By. Electric Telegraph—Per Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. Nov. 22. Messrs I-larland and Wolft, of Belfast, have launched for the White Star line the steamer Baltic, the largest liner afloat. The vessel is 72G feet long, with a gross tonnage of 23,000, and a speed of seventeen knots.
