Although tho Gaming Act was pleadod in tho City of Loudon Court, Albert Jackson, bookmaker, carrying on business at The Hague, was ordered to refund £52, balance of a deposit made to cover bets, on the ground that plaintiff was entitled to tho monoy not exhausted in the transaction.
