CHURCH UNION.
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. Tho Presbyterian Assembly adopted a roport of the Chuich Union Committeo recommending the Assembly to remit to presbyteries and the kirk sessions the question if they are agreeablo to the Assombly negotiations with the Methodist and Congregational Churches, with a view to union upon a basis of doctrine and polity to be conserved, and in due eourso sent down to presbyteries and sessions.
