SHIPPING.
Tho To Anau left Wollington at 5 p.m. yesterday. Sho loaves Napier at 8 this ovoning, and arrives here oarly on Wednesday morning. The Waikare only passed Maria Van Diemen at 11 a.tn. yesterday, and will only arrive at Auckland this morning, consequently her departure for Gisborne, &c., will ho lato this ovening. Mr Nicoll, tho well-known Auckland shipowner, has purchased tho barquo lilma, of GOO tons, for tho Auckland coal trado, Tho vessol will bo brought to Now Zealand by Captain Foote, late of the Gladys. Tho Union S.S. Co.’s steamer Herald arrived at Auckland last ovening, and leaves again for Coastal ports and Gisborne at five o’clock on Thursday afternoon.
J Tho Waikaro loaves Auckland at eight o’clock this ovening, and arrives here about tho samo hour to morrow. The last launch will leave tho wharf at oight o’clock.
UNION STEAM SHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS, Wednesday, 18th.—To Anau arrives from South, and loavos for Auckland. First launch 6 a.m.; last 8 u.m, Waikare arrives from Sydney and Auckland during tho afternoon, and leaves for tho South. First launch on arrival; last 8 p.m. Sunday, '/22nd. —Te Anau arrives from Auckland, and loaves for the South. First launch on arrival ; last 5 p.m.

Napier.—Arrived, 1 a.m., Moura, from Gisborne. The Indradevi reports passing the barquo Manurowa off Tokomaru Bay. The barque wished to bo reported all well.
Timaru.—Arrived, 11.30 aim., Waimato, from VVellington. Lyttelton.—Arrived, 10.35 p.m. 15tb, Whangape, from Newcastle. Bluff.—Sailed, 4,40 p.m., Victoria, for Hobart.
