The Union S.S. Co.’s steamer Mararoa (Captain Smith) arrived from the South on Saturday afternoon at 0.80, and loft for Auckland and Sydney during the evening. Passongors Common, Williams, Langford, Sis’’Srrson, Wostlnko and child, Wall and boy ; Misses Southborg, Hunt, Griffin, Barry ; Messrs Barron, Coopor, Stewart, Common, Allan, Bonner, Jones, Chrisp, Taylor, Lowndes, Blytb, Langford, Kavnnagh, Curston, Harris, Poach, Sisterson, Laird, Neville, Skjoth, Hirson. Outward : Me3dames Dixon, Gaudin, Williamson, Gleeson ; Messrs Gleeson, Fraor, Monnie, and Morrin.
Tho Moura arrivod from Auckland at 1 o’clock yesterday aftornoon, and loft for the South early in tho ovoning. Passengers— Inwards : Mrs Cowan ; Misses Leo, Don Q-van ; Messrs Monson, Adams, Ponsford, Cussen, Bethell, Banks ; Bov. Judd. Outward : Mrs Griffiths ; Messrs Bright, Watehhouse, Baxter, Oldfield, Gardiner, Griffiths, Minta, DeLautour, Cato, Horton Cavanagh, Colley, and 'l'ombloson. Tho steamer Wakanui left for Auckland on Saturday evening, with a cargo for tho Home market.
The steamer Hawea arrrived from ’Napier yesterday morning, and later on proceeded North.
