The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s moeting was continued to-day in good weather. The track was lumpy from the effects of racing on a wet day on Tuesday, and the going was a trifle slow. The totalisator investments amounted to £10,578, as against £7121 10s on the second day last year. The following are the details of the racing : Trial Handicap.—Novice 1, Ivy B. 2. Dlv. £lßs. . „ „ Spring Handicap.—Sierra 1, Vascos 2, Durban 3. Div., £1 12s. Ladies’ Bracelet Handicap—Mgr 1, Ivy B. 2, Almond 3. Fourteen others started. Time, 5.5 1-5. Divs., £8 23 and £4.
