Received 6.84 p.m., Nov. 5. Melbourne, Nov. 5. Thero was fino weather and a good at tendance. The results were : Hurdles.
Five others ran. The betting was evens Portland Bose, 10 to 1 Volscian. Won easily by two lengths. Time, 1.4 J.
