ANGLO-FRENCH ARBITRATION.

The King, replying to congratulations on the signature of tire Anglo-French arbitration treaty, trusted with the City Corporation that it would have a happy result, and promptly strengthen the friendship already existing between the two countries.
President Loubet sent a message declaring he was persuaded that the arrangement could not fail to increase the relations of confidence and amity between Great Britain and France.
