COURT SITS UNTIL 10 LAST NIGHT. Per Press Association. Wellington, last night. In a case in the Magistrate's Court against persons concerned io tho raid on the Olympic Club, the Magistrate ruled that the summary cases must stand over until tho indictable charges had been dealt with. Tho caso against William Henry Eagar, alias Richard Oxenham, charged with being a keeper of a common gaming house, was then proceeded with. Considerable evidence was heard, including that of a probationary constable, who said that visiting the club on certain occasions and having become a member, he saw two-up being played. The case was at 10.30 p.m. adjourned till Monday.
