Any person having any objection to the stoppage'of this road, or the exchange of the land therein, must state his objection m writing, and send it to the Cook County Council Office, Gisborne, on or before the 25th NOVEMBER, 1903. Council nroposes to execute a public Work, viz., the Construction of a Public Road, and for that purpose to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto. The Works to be undertaken are formation and the construction of drains for the passage of surface water. The owner of the land to be taken is Mr E. P. 'Joyce.
