Tbe Herald arrived from Auckland aod Coast ports at 10 o’clock on' Saturday night and loft for Napier last evening. Passengers ior Gisborno : Messrs Gold Smith and McNaughton. For Napier: Messrs Bock, Blackman, and Wilson.

The Westralia left for Auckland and Sydney at 11 o’clock on Saturday with tho following passengers : —Misses Scott and Anderson ; Mesdames G. Tho schooner Clio and scow Haore left on Saturday morning for tho North, but tho wind being uhfavorable they returned to tho Bay, where they have anchored until a favorable slant of wind will enable thorn to got away.
