St. Petersburg, Oct. 24. Princo Aloxieff comes to St. Petersburg early in November, and Count Lamsdorll shortly visits Paris to explain Russia’s plats in tho Far East. Russia is dissatisfied with Franco’s attitude iu the matter. Moreover the Anglo-French rapprochement has caused much uneasiness at St. Petersburg.
