FEDERAL EXCURSION.

The Federal Parliament has prorogued, and a Ministerial party L visiting Victoria dock. Mr Bent, State Minister for Railways, slipped and fell from a ladder. He was removed to a private hospital, aud was for a time unconscious. He has since recovered consciousness.
