DECISION EXPECTED TO-DAY.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 10.23 p.m., Oct. 19. Loudon, Oct. 19. Tho decision in tho Alaskan boundary dispute is expected to-day. The Amortcau pross announce that all American contentious will bo granted, except that Canada will bo awarded the Portland Canal. Canada will be bitterly disappointed, especially at losing tho Lynn Canal, which is Klondyke's gateway.
