Ottawa, Oct. 13.
A square mile of mountain side. slid into the bed of the Dulioure river, wrecking the Government canal, dock, .and several farms, blocking the water back a mile and a-half. The river Mis not yet found a channel. Disaster is -eared when t forces its way through.
