Deppold, a tutor of two boys, has has been sentenced at Boyreuth to eight years ponal servitude and loss of oivil rights for ten years for inhumanly and repeatedly flogging tbe older boy, aged 14, nd oausing his death 1 The doctors described Deppold as sane, but morally perverted.
