WAIROA NEWS.
Per Press Association. Wairoa, last night, Andrew Couper, charged with arson, was remanded to Napier on the 10th instant. The 35ft launch for Waikaremoana will shortly be brought from Auckland to Wairoa. The builders aro Messrs Logan Bros. As soon as tho rivers and creeks are bridged on the Napier-Wairoa road, the Motor Car Company intend to run cars from Napier to Waikaremoana. Mr Butcher is going Home with a viow to purchasing up-to-date plant.
